About Us

R & K Loft Conversions and Extensions is headed by Roy Matthews who is a carpenter by trade and has worked in the building industry for over 25 years. Roy set up R & K in 1999 and has always endeavoured to work closely with clients to ensure they attain their chosen home improvement with as little disruption to home life as possible.

We are based in Guildford, Surrey and work in the surrounding counties.

We have plumbers, electricians, roofers, bricklayers and plasterers that have worked on many of our projects, each experienced in their own trade and carrying their own certificates of expertise. This also ensures less stress for our clients with the time and money saved.
